my aunt showed me ashley longshore’s  instagram account a little over a year ago and i am now beyond obsessed.

i find her instagram posts far more entertaining and hilarious than @thefatjew, @beigecardigan, or “insert your favorite crass insta account here.”  however, i am an even larger fan of her colorful, bright and captivating paintings.

the new orleans based artist markets all of her art via social media and has high profile clients such as blake lively, ryan reynolds, eli manning, penelope cruz, and salma hayek.  she has been called the new face of pop art and i know i would love to have one of her colorful creations as a christmas/hannukah/birthday gift this year…or next.  With a $30,000 price tag, i may have to wait.
